I would not put Xw-30 in any of my MBZ diesels. Not sure if it would be OK in
a CDI. I had perfect results in my old Saab with 5w30 back when 5w30 and 15w50
were the only viscosities available. 0w30 might be a hair better in winter, but 
your car will start easily in any weather with 5w30 in it, as long as the engine
has good compression and the fuel system is working properly.
