Folks, The bosnian piano teacher is having more troubles with her 1988 300TE.
The transmission (auto) had been leaking due to warped and over torqued transmission pan. I fixed that, got it straightened out and sealed with new gasket/filter and no leaks.
Now, the big problem. When the car is cold transmission shifts all gears including reverse with no problem. After the car has been driven 10 minutes or more (in 85° weather) NO REVERSE.
