If it's giving you that much trouble I'd get a new wiper arm and blade
(the whole metal part, I mean, not just the rubber) the next time you
need a refill. You'll be amazed what a difference a new spring in the
arm makes, not to mention that the arm and blade were both slightly
redesigned and improved in late 124s. When working as designed, the
stupid monowiper becomes just annoying instead of downright dangerous.
