Mitch, Dave, Trampas - I think that most M/B fuel pump relays also have a shutoff circuit that limits the RPMs the engine can spin. If you exceed the set point it shuts off the power to the fuel pump till the RPMs come back in range. Because of that anti-overrev feature you may find many different P/Ns.
