The Left upper control arm bushing is gone...Judging by my limited skills on suspension forces, this looks like a fairly straight forward job ... remove the nut, bang and slide out the bolt, the arm drops a bit or support arm in position with shims, remove the old bushings, install the new and try to put the bolt through the bushing, metal tube, and final bushing. Tighten nut ... sounds like a 20 minute job but will really take me a hour ........ Am I in the ball park on this job ?????....

   I will also change the upper left, it looks not well .....
