Howdy -
I bought a new front bumper cover (a PO scraped the original pretty badly)
and when looking in the WOrkShop Manual it shows a special tool being used
to remove the trim from the bumper. There's a clip that extends thru the
bumper and expands and the tool closes the expanded part of the so it'll be
pulled from the bumper. The procedure (See 88-205) says I need tool
# 140 589 34 23 00
Has anyone removed the trim without the trim tool suggested? It looks like
a pair of pliers might do the trick ---
