My 220D had holes rusted through the tops of the front fenders - water poured up through them when we drove through puddles - the kids loved it back then! It didn't have much rust on the bottoms of the doors - but I did abandon it due to the rusted frame. It did it's first 100k miles as a daily driver in MN.
