Are you using the OM on the CD? If so, it's for a 95 S420 IIRC - bot it's not for your car. If using the OM for your can somethings strange - if the light is on the dash there should be a description somewhere.

can you photo it when its lit during prestart?
it must be indicatig some problem

Nope - not in the owners manual. The 30 amp fuse is fine. And, the fan
is working normally today! All I did was measure resistance (0.13)
through the 30A fuse!
It must be a loose connection somewhere in the ACC circuitry. This
will be fun to diagnose, if it ever happens again.
