Hm, so it is, Kevin. Excite maps didn't mind my spelling in the least but Clawiter it is. I did confirm that it's on W. Winton, just beyond Cabot. Phone is 510/785-3770. Been a while but they've generally had a few 123's up for grabs although I doubt you'll get much useful over the phone. I don't recall what that Oakland pyp had for 123's but they're a sizeable yard.
