Was this part of the 200 or so bags stolen recently and dumped in
dumpsters, perhaps?
I only got part of the news report, but seems that there was a theivery
ring involving airline contract employees riffling bags for valuables
then dumping them in the last couple days.
I've never heard of a courier just dumping the bags and leaving before.
