Find someone with a borescope to check the cylinder wall through the spark plug hole -- a "stuck ring" on this engine can mean a rebuild job if the cylinder wall is scored.

If the cylinder wall is OK, I would add a small amount of ATF to that cylinder only and let it soak a couple days. Then rotate the engine to clear it (spark plug out) and attempt a restart.

The main problem with stuck rings is that they then scrape the cylinder walls badly, and that cannot be fixed by freeing up the rings again.
