A US VIN number starts with 5 letters - this one only has 3 letters andsthen the 124130 model number - not a US vin.
In gray market world, the first-registering state pretty much could invent whatever VIN it felt like. Including sticking a WDB on the front of a 107.048-12-XXXXX part number... -- Jim
