Tony, Inspections in NY for diesels are $10 yearly, as diesels are exempt from the emissions inspection as is my '76 450SL gasser, whereas PA is quite a bit worse than this. Since Rochester (Salt City) has many swiss cheese vehicles on the road due to the excessive use of salt here, something one cannot get away with in PA as one has to get rust holes repaired in that state in order to pass inspection.
