[MBZ] Shake at 60MPH after Control Arm R+R

After having both of my control arms replaced, I get a pretty severe 
shake in the wheel at 60+ mph.  Same tires and rims etc.  The indy 
didn't know if I would need an alignment after the control arm job, but 
could this be the cause of the shake?   I thought alignment didn't have 
to do with wheel shake and that this was mostly a result of wheel 
balance etc.
