I'd probably settle for something diesel from 1960....

My first MB was of the model year 1978, a 300D. I've always wanted some
sort of car from the year of my birth, so since I'm into MB diesels, it
should be a 1972 220D. It could either be a 1972 or 1973 model as long as
it was "born" in 1972.
