While we are on the subject of antifreeze what's the differnece between the
MBZ antifreeze and the green stuff?

Yes. Antifreeze is nowhere near as good at removing heat
as is water. Pure water has, however, its own problems!
The 50/50 mix is optimum, deviation either way buys various
problems.
