When my son was doing blacksmithing we shipped an Anvil that way.   
The little
girl at the desk said, oh let me carry the package out for you...  We  
said, I don't think
let the two of us come in back to carry it.   220lb or something...

Cheap and we certainly weren't concerned if it was packed well... .
