John, I also vote for looking into one of the Craftsman (Note: wait for a sale . . . normally one only needs to wait a week or two) roller cabinets which may fit your needs, but be sure you get one with the bearing slides if you've got lots of tools as any weight in the cheaper style hanging drawers causes problems.
