Steve, About &300 for frame, about 100 for contoured pad (needed IMHO) and labor. IN my case labor was only 100 because my upholstery man owns 123's and had done them before. Fro me it was 500 dollar bill. But the best thing I ever did on my 123 240D. Dwight
