So just as I was about to put my 1983 300TD in storage for
the winter, the ignition switch will not energize the starter motor, but
will energize the glow plug circuitry. I can operate the starter motor
using the 30 and 50 jumper terminals under the hood. Since the glow plug
circuitry works, does that eliminate the neutral switch as the culprit and
limit it to the ignition switch?
