Today I needed to drive, and I try to be courteous and use my blinkers. When I signalled the lights would light sometimes, and you could hear the relay clicking, but a much faster rate. It was almost a fluttering sound rather than the steady tick-tick. It seems like this is worse when it is cold out than when it is warm. I'm guessing its a relay.
