I never consult salesmen for expert opinions on vehicles, or even
corporate marketing strategy. I suspect the real reason is that
they don't expect people to keep the gassers long enough to wear
out the engines, and the ones who do they intend to ignore until
they give up and sell the car. I have experience with the "ignore
the customer and hope he goes away" strategy with a lifetime
rustproofing warranty claim from Chrysler.

Does anybody have a workable strategy for getting Chrysler to
honor a lifetime warranty without suing them?

Mitch.
