I mentioned before that I have a good supply of clean WVO. I had the
intention of running it in one of the vehicles. Do I want to spend $1,500.
for a two tank conversion? No. Do I want to spend money and time to process
my own biodiesel? I'm much more content to pay $3.40ga at the pump as I've
got too much invested in the 300Ds to turn them into "experiments."

For the time and effort involved, producing my own bio would "cost" me more.
I can justify sitting on the piano bench an hour per month to net my current
monthly fuel consumption.

Still, I love the fact that one mention of "WVO/biofuel" and there are those
who would pay three times what I have in one of the cars just to "drive
free." CL ad: "1985 300D 323K miles. Ready for WVO/SVO conversion. $4,500.
firm. Free box of granola with purchase."
