Old Ursula hadn't been driven in nearly a month, so I thought I'd go out and start her up to go for a drive. BZZZZT, WRONG, dead battery! I had a brand new Autozone special waiting to go in. I got the old one out and was greeted by a partially rotted out battery tray and LOTS AND LOTS of leaves and debris around it and in the hood hinge drains! I vacuumed everything out and installed the battery. It started up with some cranking, and it's ready to go again. I'm going to need to find a new battery tray to replace mine that has one corner totally rusted away. I also replaced the air filter which was a bit dirty. The oil change and valve adjustment are next. I now have a couple skinned knuckles to show for my work.
