Marshall (or maybe Stu Ritter) also claimed that the real stuff just fit better than the American stuff and was less prone to leak prematurely. If you ever need it now and can't wait for Rusty to send it, check with the VW dealer, who carries the same stuff. It is kinda spendy at the MB dealer.
