Dave, I am no expert, but it does seem that an item that is incorrectly listed should be reported to eBay along with the other emails. Just my opinion. BillR

In my continued pursuit of the perfect vehicle for my wife, I came across this listing that incorrectly says that car has Stability Control: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=280204883837 I kicked him off a nice email pointing out the mistake, and all hell broke loose. I ended up saying that I would be sending our emails to eBay and the high bidder to which he replied that they were "Confidential Communications" and if I sent them to anyone he would sue me and take whatever other actions may be necessary - whatever that means. Don't I have some protection as a whistle blower or something? If I know he intends to commit a crime (misrepresenting the vehicle) am I not required to take action? Morally if not legally? -Dave Walton P.S. Perhaps pointing out to him that I now understand why there are no Used Car Salesmen in heaven was a *bit* over the top, bit still.... _______________________________________ http://www.okiebenz.com For new parts see official list sponsor: http://www.buymbparts.com/ For used parts email [EMAIL PROTECTED] To Unsubscribe or change delivery options go to: http://okiebenz.com/mailman/listinfo/mercedes_okiebenz.com _______________________________________ http://www.okiebenz.com For new parts see official list sponsor: http://www.buymbparts.com/ For used parts email [EMAIL PROTECTED] To Unsubscribe or change delivery options go to: http://okiebenz.com/mailman/listinfo/mercedes_okiebenz.com
