For Sale- 1981 Chevy Luv Diesel, stick shift, 2wd. 105,xxx on odometer, but the odo. is broken. The truck really has 150,xxx. Bonneville leather bucket seats. Truck runs and drives, has some rust on the left framerail in front of the rear tire. Truck has some body rust and fill holes from large mirrors. Comes with an extra pass. door (blue, has dent and minor surface rust at bottom). Currently has a 4-speed transmission that is noisy in 1st and 2nd, pops out of 4th unless you hold the shifter. I still have the original 5-speed transmission, but it needs the 5th gear bearing at least.Truck currently gets about 30-35 mpg.hwy. Glow plug relay bypassed, has a button on the dash. Has L.E.D. third brake light. Full size toolbox in bed (bedrails were trimmed to fit). Starts easily, has aux. pump for better fuel delivery. Great truck for bio diesel or W.V.O. conversion or just piddlin' around the farm. Looking for $1,000 OR trade for VW Rabbit diesel truck.
