Sorry for all of us that are trying to support American brands, since there 
isn't like your knowledge and customer service in the rest of the auto world.  
I know that we say it from time to time but the truth is that your company 
can't be beat on customer service and price.

Rusty helped me track down an obscure radiator fan temperature switch for a 
Toyota that not of the local dealerships even acknowledge even existed.  In '95 
Toyota built the Camry both stateside and in Japan.  This radiator temperature 
switch has two different models but the same part number and of course they are 
physically incompatible.  I really hadn't even ordered from him before but he 
took the time to order the part from the warehouse and measure it for me so 
that I would get the right part.  If I wasn't hooked before, then I was 
certainly hooked now.  My only problem is that I have too many vehicles that he 
doesn't stock parts for and only a hobby vehicle that really needs his 
attention.
