It might be a good idea to have something similar to the red “This is an archive …” banner on the phab differential pages, on each of the archived wiki pages. But instead of that generic message, one that also points to the new site (or a landing page explaining why the wiki was archived), even if we don’t have a matching page on the new site. That way if there are links from SO or whatever, it doesn’t look even more abandoned.
