I've installed a server on my Windows machine under Apache. I want to create an installation-specific mercurial.ini, so that it doesn't use the ini file in my User directory. But I can't find the proper location. I have the hg.exe file in c:\Python27\Scripts. I thought that mercurial.ini should go into the same directory, but that doesn't seem to work. What is the proper location?
