Per discussion at sprint, Pulkit will follow up by deleting yet more code around workspaces and scratch branches. We're going to focus on the "try server" use case for the initial landing. We will land the full code initially. So if we want to land what we have now and delete code later (rather than waiting for all the commits before landing anything), I'm OK with that.
