As far as I know, the most recent version of the 'onsub' extension is hosted at bitbucket.org/kvaster/onsub . But it doesn't seem to have been maintained since mid 2018.
Two issues: - BitBucket is removing support for mercurial repos as of 1 July - There's a bug with handling --ignore. I've included a fix in the bug report (on the bitbucket site), but since the repo is on death's door I'm not sure what will happen to it.
