We've just had a Mercurial mini-sprint (albeit not a big multi-day one)
a couple of weeks ago, but we failed to communicate well enough even
though we had some people show up.
I think organizing a "real" sprint in 10 days is not really realistic,
though I agree that we should think about the next Mercurial sprint.

Keeping the tradition of monthly mini-sprints related to all things
Mercurial, the next one will be dedicated to changeset evolution and
evolve extension (topic extension too). It will be held on Friday,
October 8th. There's no specific schedule for the day, it will be open
for any evolve-related questions and discussions, and most of
developers should be available during daytime in Europe (let's say
roughly UTC+2).
I will be on vacation but will be here in spirit ;)
The mini-sprint is a good chance for developers, contributors and
users
alike to discuss anything related to evolution and Mercurial. Bringing
up a pet peeve, submitting a patch or a feature request, asking a
question — it's a free-for-all. Core developers will also be talking
about upcoming features and bug fixes.
