That's probably the problem. As MercurialEclipse doesn't compile using 3.2 libraries, I doubt it runs under 3.2. I hope you enjoy working with Mercurial - but as said above, I'd strongly advise you to update to a more recent Eclipse version as we don't support 3.2 anymore. I think there are older versions of MercurialEclipse (April/May 2008) that should work with 3.2, though.
