Hi Sebastian,
this should only occur once, directly after creating a new Mercurial
repository - am I right with this assumption? I think it happens,
because MercurialEclipse get's a change notification before being able
to mark the directory as team-private directory. I've added an
automatic global ignore pattern (".hg") to MercurialEclipse which
should be registered at start-up and therefore be always enabled. It's
available in changeset r976.
This definitely works for me - please try it :).
