no problem on your site - MercurialEclipse just assumes that forest is installed together with your Mercurial installation. You can use forest by copying it into the hgext folder (e.g. /usr/local/python2.5/ site-packages/hgext). I'll try to cook up a page where one can configure extension paths soon.
