Okay, removing ini4j in favor of a simpler implementation I found with
an AS-IS license (which is compatible for source inclusion as long as
the copyright notice is maintained).

Hopefully this is okay, as I'm way to lazy to re-implement this, but
if it's not please let me know.

Otherwise, I've steadily improving various aspects of remote repo
management.

I think that my changes are good to go if you guys are interested.
Just let me know if there are any other problems with them.
