Hi Dave, you are right that I'm getting the same error when running the hg command line tool. I could argue that it is a bug in MercurialEclipse because it did set up the file for me...
Anyway, I can work around it by cloning the repository without specifying a username and a password, and by only providing the username and password when doing a push.
