What do *YOU* need? How do *YOU* plan to use this BTT? What is a working process in *YOUR* company? What are future plan of *YOUR* organization? etc... Since, all answers are unique for each organization/company, there is no ideal solution. I recommend to create a list of your requirements for ideal Bug tracking tool and check which tools satisfy the requirements.
