Yes Dear, Frame work does not mean that OR is Compalsary, There are Multi Scripts you will be using while Automating the Application, most of them are Reusable actions so we use Folder Reusable and we use multi test data sa we maintain TestData folder. and Recoverys so we go with Recovery. and Multiple ORs as application contain Multiples Scripts. so OR is One Folder in FrameWork but with out OR frame work you can not use Frame work is not Correct. When you alone work with entire Application you come to know about this
