Hi, I am facing problem during the QTP Script of outlook. ---------------------------------------------------------------
Background: In Microsoft Outlook2003, Development Team added a New Toolbar with few number of items (like: Open, Add, Delete, New Contact Create etc.), when I clicked on one of the item (called New Contact Create) then a New Window is opened. Problem: 1. How to click on the item "New Contact Create" of the New Toolbar. 2. How I set the value into the Edit Box of the opened Window as these contorls are reconnized as WinObject and not maped with the standared classes of the objects. In addition of this when I found the child objects of the New Window then the returned value is 0. Please suggest how to proceed.
