Hi , We were not able to launch Oracle Forms only for the Development Instances(OI6D and OI5D) in the machines where QTP is installed. We tried opening the Oracle forms in 5 different machines where QTP is installed and we got the same issue. When we try to open the Oracle Form, the Internet Explorer is automatically closing. The same is not happening in other machines where QTP is not installed and the Oracle Forms is opening. We have tried all possible combinations to open the Oracle forms with IE6 and IE7 working on QTP9.0 and QTP9.2. We ended up with the same.
We have installed Oracle(version-8.2) add in. The IE is not crashing if we are opening other websites or the Oracle forms of Q-instances(Qi3T & Qi4T). The issue is at high priority and needs to be addressed as soon as possible. Kindly let me know the solution asap and your response will be apprecited.
