Hello Team

I am having a requirement of executing the QTP scripts automatically
by scheduling them in the scheduled tasks on a remote virtual machine.

Scripts are generated in QTP 9.2 to validate a Web Application
developed in AJAX and .NET framework, on a local desktop which is
having XP Prof & IE 6.0. and have been moved to a virtual machine
having Win 2003 Server with IE 7.0 (used Regular Expression in the
Object Repository so that scripts work both in IE 6.0 and IE 7.0)

I created a function which will invoke QTP, Load the Main Script which
internally calls a set of Scripts/Resuable Actions, Executes the
Script generate Results in the specified folder and Close QTP, which
works fine when the function is invoked manually either in the local
desktop or on the virtual machine.

The point is these scripts need to be executed (as scheduled in the
Windows Scheduler) on the virtual machine even when the user is not
logged on.

Can anyone suggest if this is possible, if yes then how? if not why?

Regards
Sri
