I'd be willing to bet a box of donuts that you shouldn't be seeing  
*.WinObject("Internet Explorer_Server").* at all.  Every time I have  
encountered QTP seeing anything in IE as "Internet Explorer_Server", I  
have had to either re-register all the dll's or reinstall QTP.  I  
suspect that if you do, you won't see the form as a WinObject at all.
