Hello ,

First close the QTP application.

Did you check the read\write properties of .vbs file. If it is read only ,
make it disable.

Launch QTP and open function library. If the issue still persists , user
repair option in the Installation Wizard.

Go to Add/Remove progroams and select QTP , you will find the Repair option
in the wizard.

Please let me know whether this is worked for you.
