It is not that every manual test case would be automated. It depends on the feasibility of the test case. Certain test cases may need a person to test certain parts like images are properly loaded , links appear in required colour, their co -ordinates etc. Also mostly regression are likely to be automated as these cases will be tested ,release after release.
