Hello , Though i didn't have experice on Peoplesoft application QTP automation , i can share suggestions based on my automation experience.
i) QTP 10.0 is new version, as an alternative and apart from other engineers help contact HP support with your issues. In case this version has problem in Peoplesoft they may gudie you. ii) Always open QTP first and then Application. iii) Take samll scenarios and see if you are getting any problems in identifying objects. iv) See your addins installed properly and need any furtther addins configuration. v) are you working on trial or licensed version? in any case contact HP support and tell about usage of version. vii) look for any synchronization issues in your application. use wait statements. viii) Also increase the object identification time. ix) Finally look for Descriptive Programming as suggested by another buddy.
