Hi Parke, I am not familiar with that tool Multi Test Manager, but the feature of specifying results path can be easily implemented in any external test launcher because QTP Automation has special services to allow that. Thus, you can write vbscript that launches QTP, opens a specific test, starts a test run and defines the place there results should be created. refer to QTP Object Model reference (check docs for Application, Test and RunResultsOptions).
Modification of reporter.reportpath is allowed; but changing it doesn't make sense.
