Hi,

first Checkpoint itself set the result status either PASS or FAIL...
second if you want to evaluate its result yourself then qtp checkpoint
returns either TRUE or FALSE. Get this value into variable and then using IF
ELSE statement you can customize result to TEST WINDOW
