Hi all,
I have an issue with recording in QTP. Below is the step I took and
the error I get.
Took the following steps:
1.Start a new test.
2.Hit record.
3.In the Record and Run Settings: Select the following
1. Open the following address when a record or run
session begins
2. http://www.google.com
Check Box: Select the below items
1.Do not record and run on browser that already open
2.Close the browser when the test closes
3.Click "Apply" then "Ok"
Eventhough QTP lonches http://www.google.com it will not record all
the actions i took. BUT it will record the last step i take which is
closing the browser. "Window("Windows Internet Explorer").Close" this
is the only step it will record.
Please help!...
